From the middle of nowhere

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on here.  It didn’t help that I forgot my username, password, and e-mail up until today.

Since my last post, I have gotten one acceptance letter, turned eighteen, almost finished Spanish III (I have the final to take and then I’m done), and other things that don’t seem too important.

This year has been entertaining to say the least.  I’ve learned so much about myself and others.  There’s been drama galore and I have a stalker.  He doesn’t seem to get the that I don’t like him and I never will.  He thinks that me just being in the room with him is a sign of affection, which really makes me uncomfortable, but I’m working on getting away from him and pretty much breaking his heart.  I know it sounds terrible, but he won’t leave me alone.

There’s so much I could say, but I’m not sure how to say it so goodbye for now.

I really don’t have much time to write.  So much has happened in the past month and a half.  I’ve been doing exceptionally well in school.  For the past couple of months, I’ve been struggling to finish Spanish, and I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel for that.  I’ll hopefully be done with it by February… it really depends on how I do on the exam.  My government course ends this Tuesday.  I actually made the highest grade (a 100 :P ) on my research paper, and thus I’ll be making an A in the course.  I finished two of my college applications and those were pretty much the only schools I wanted to go to, so I’m pretty much done there (now I just need to finish the scholarship stuff).  I even got first place in a competition Friday.

But it hasn’t been all good…  I started hanging out with a few people and doing a few things I shouldn’t have done.  And well, my parents somehow found out… I got into big trouble.  I was pretty much put on house arrest… But that was after they had taken me out of basketball.   Yeah, my parents were thought I had too much on my plate to handle basketball as well.  Part of me is thankful, but the other part of me is bored.  Oh, and I hooked up with a guy on a school field trip.  Somehow the school found out and I got into a huge debate with the administration after my friends covered for me.  No one got in trouble though.   We were just warned that if we messed up another time, we wouldn’t be allowed on any more field trips… I highly doubt they’d do that.

Sorry, but I have very little trust in the administration at my school.  They say they’re going to do something and they don’t.  You tell them you don’t want to sign up for one class but instead another and they put you in the class you don’t want to be in anyways.  I only have six more months to deal with them, so I’m trying to just suck it up and do as much as I can without working with them.  Which, might I tell you is very hard when you’re the secretary of Student Council, the Senior Class President, NHS President, one of the only ones taking a college class under their supervision, and need them to send your transcripts off to certain colleges.  I don’t think I’ve gone a day without having to talk to them yet and maybe that’s why I’ve seen so many more flaws with the way they do things this year than in the past.

And I’ll wrap this up by talking about ZB.  I’ve started to skin it… I’m currently working on my second theme and I must say I’m starting to get rather fond of it…

I really shouldn’t be writing this… no instead I should be working on one of three essays or my report that I have to complete within the next month, but I just don’t feel like doing any of the right now. It seems like all I do now is work, work, work. I hate it. I have two skins I want to complete, despite the fact that both of them are rather simple and I feel like doing a more complex skin at the moment. If I could come up with an idea for the maintitle I’d probably finish that skin before the other two. :P Read the rest of this entry »

Earlier this week I asked my dad when we were moving closer to town only to find out that we’re going to start moving next Saturday. I’m actually going to be living in town by the time basketball season starts. So instead of getting back two and a half hours later than normal, it’ll only be an hour later. Yes, I love the fact that basketball practices are shorter this year. Having athletics in the afternoon during cross country has been torture, but it’ll be great when basketball practice starts. Last year’s seniors lied to me. They said that the senior year was easy. It is most certainly not. Read the rest of this entry »
